Under the theme “HARNESS AI. DRIVE GROWTH.”, the forum explored how AI can move beyond technology capabilities and become part of the way businesses operate. Through YonSuite, the event showcased how AI can connect enterprise data, business processes and everyday operations, helping businesses explore new paths toward intelligent growth.

More than a discussion of AI and digital transformation, the forum also highlighted Yonyou MEA’s latest progress in Saudi Arabia across YonSuite, Enterprise AI, cloud services and ecosystem collaboration.

During the forum’s afternoon AI Experience session, participants explored practical applications of YonSuite Enterprise AI and YonWork, seeing how AI can connect with enterprise business scenarios.

Through natural-language interaction, users can make business requests based on enterprise data, such as checking customer information, understanding receivables, or accessing business information for analysis.

YonWork further extends the enterprise work experience across different environments, allowing users to access enterprise information and business capabilities through desktop, web, mobile and IM.

From the office to customer sites, and from management decision-making to everyday business operations, AI is gradually moving from an individual productivity tool toward an enterprise work interface.

Alongside the continued development of the YonSuite ecosystem, the forum also marked the launch of the YonBIP Premium Saudi regional joint solution based on China Telecom’s OneSolutions Cloud platform.

The solution brings together AI, applications, platform capabilities and computing power, while adapting its capabilities to the needs of the Saudi market and providing a foundation that connects business operations with digital technologies.

The joint solution further expands collaboration between Yonyou MEA and its partners in Saudi Arabia, reflecting the continued development of enterprise digital intelligence from product capabilities toward localized business applications.

During the forum, Yonyou Saudi Arabia, China Telecom Gulf, iSoftStone Information Technology Company and Infinify jointly signed the China Enterprises Going-Global Service Alliance, further strengthening ecosystem collaboration to support Chinese enterprises expanding across regional markets.

Yonyou Saudi Arbia also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Wemart Saudi Arabia, while several customers received Customer Trust Awards, reflecting continued collaboration between Yonyou and its customers and ecosystem partners.
