PT CITEC Engineering Indonesia 成立于 2014 年 6 月，是由中国建材装备集团旗下 天津水泥工业设计研究院有限公司（TCDRI）与印尼本土企业 PT Arona Perkasa Pratama 共同出资设立的中印合资工程公司。

依托中方在水泥工程与粉磨系统领域深厚的技术积累，以及本土合作方对印尼市场的深刻理解，CITEC Engineering 持续深耕工程服务领域，形成了集 工程设计、项目管理、系统集成与交付实施 于一体的专业能力体系。

公司始终坚持“以客户需求为中心，创造长期价值”的发展理念，在多元化业务布局与规范化管理体系的双轮驱动下，稳步提升组织能力与项目交付水平，逐步成长为印尼及东南亚区域具有影响力的工程服务商之一。

PT CITEC Engineering Indonesia was established in June 2014 as a China–Indonesia joint venture, co-invested by Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (TCDRI)—a subsidiary of Sinoma International—and Indonesian partner PT Arona Perkasa Pratama.

Leveraging TCDRI’s deep technical expertise in cement engineering and grinding systems, together with the local partner’s strong understanding of the Indonesian market, CITEC Engineering has continued to expand its presence in the engineering services sector. The company has built an integrated professional capability covering engineering design, project management, system integration, and project delivery.

Guided by the philosophy of “customer-centricity and long-term value creation,” and driven by a dual engine of diversified business development and standardized management, CITEC Engineering has steadily strengthened its organizational capabilities and project execution excellence—growing into one of the influential engineering service providers in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia.

中国建材装备集团印尼公司总经理刘桂山先生指出，当前工程行业正从“项目驱动”迈向“平台驱动、能力驱动”的新阶段。 本次与用友的合作，不仅是一次系统建设，更是公司面向印尼及东南亚市场、打造可持续增长能力体系的重要布局。 他表示，未来的竞争，不再取决于单一项目规模，而取决于企业是否具备标准化、可复制、可规模化扩展的管理能力，而数智化平台正是这一能力体系的核心底座。

财务经理侯帅先生则从集团治理与长期价值创造的高度，强调了该项目在支撑企业“高质量发展”中的关键作用。他指出，统一的数据平台与标准化管理体系，将帮助企业实现从“结果管理”向“过程管理”“风险前移”的转型，为公司在多项目、多区域并行发展的背景下，构建更加稳健、透明、可持续的管理基础。

管理层一致认为，本项目不仅服务于当前业务发展，更着眼于未来3–5年的区域化、规模化、精细化运营目标。通过与用友的深度合作，中国建材装备集团印尼公司 将逐步形成一套面向工程行业、可复制、可推广的数智化管理模式，为区域工程业务高质量发展奠定坚实基础。

At the project kick-off meeting, the management team of Sinoma International Indonesia elaborated on the strategic significance of this intelligent digital transformation initiative from the perspectives of regional development strategy, organizational capability building, and long-term competitiveness.

Mr. Liu Guishan noted that the engineering industry is shifting from a “project-driven” model to a new stage characterized by “platform-driven and capability-driven” development. This collaboration with Yonyou is not merely a system implementation, but a strategic move to build a sustainable growth capability framework for the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets. He emphasized that future competition will no longer be determined by the scale of individual projects, but by whether an enterprise possesses standardized, replicable, and scalable management capabilities—of which an intelligent digital platform is the core foundation.

Mr. Hou Shuai highlighted the project’s critical role in supporting the company’s “high-quality development” from the perspectives of group governance and long-term value creation. He pointed out that a unified data platform and standardized management system will enable the company to shift from “results-oriented management” to “process-oriented management” and “risk-forward management,” laying a more robust, transparent, and sustainable management foundation amid multi-project and multi-region operations.

The management team unanimously agreed that the project is not only designed to support current business growth, but also to serve the company’s regional, scaled, and refined operation goals over the next three to five years. Through deep collaboration with Yonyou, Sinoma International Indonesia will gradually establish a replicable and promotable intelligent digital management model for the engineering industry, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of regional engineering businesses.
