First, unified master data.
Organizations, customers, suppliers, materials — all master data follows a single coding rule. When the Kenya factory enters a material, Guangzhou sees it in real time. If the master data isn't standardized, everything that follows will be a mess.
第二,财务核算自动化。
业务单据完成后,财务凭证自动生成。总账、应收应付、固定资产全打通。财务不用再对着Excel加班,管理者也能实时看到订单到哪了、钱去哪了。
Second, automated financial accounting.
Business transactions automatically generate financial vouchers. General ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets are fully integrated. The finance team no longer has to grind through Excel overtime, and managers can also see where orders are and where the money is going in real time.
第三,供应链全流程上线。

Fourth, connected collaboration.
Yonyou's YouZone brings schedules, announcements, official documents, and file sharing online. Approvals and remote communication happen on mobile — no more WeChat screenshots. The Kenya and China teams work from a single interface.
